Fees paid for consulting, advisory, strategy, assessment, workshop, or related professional services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. Prospective clients are strongly encouraged to complete a Discovery Call before purchasing or entering into an engagement to confirm alignment, scope, expectations, and next steps. Full payment, or the payment schedule specified in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement, must be satisfied according to the agreed terms before or during service delivery. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in postponement, suspension, or cancellation of services. Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or other payment options made available at checkout. Purchasing or engaging Link Empower LLC d/b/a Link Empower Innovations for services constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the applicable service terms, payment requirements, cancellation provisions, and any executed agreement governing the engagement.
