How ONEpath Began

ONEpath began in 2021 as the ONEpath Framework — a vision to help people navigate their careers through community, coaching, and continuous learning. After the challenges of COVID, the program relaunched in 2024 with its first full cohort of 7 participants, marking not just a return, but a renewal of workforce innovation.

Today, ONEpath has grown into a six-month accelerator blending workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects. Participants build the skills employers value most — soft skills, agile thinking, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial fundamentals — while gaining the confidence and network to put them into action.
