Volunteering with the ONEpath Accelerator Program offers hands-on experience with agile practices, project management, and event coordination. It also provides networking opportunities with startups, mentors, and industry experts.

While prior experience in agile methodologies or project management is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to the project are highly valued.

The volunteer roles are unpaid; however, volunteers will gain valuable Agile methodologies experience, network with industry professionals, mentorship from Agile practitioners, and the use of project management tools and software.

Responsibilities vary by role but may include facilitating agile workshops, coordinating project activities, organizing brunch events, and supporting marketing and outreach efforts.

Volunteers should expect a commitment of approximately 2-5 hours per week. Flexibility is provided to accommodate varying schedules.
