Link Empower Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. These purposes include, but are not limited to: • Empowering underserved communities through equitable access to education, entrepreneurship opportunities, and career advancement. • Supporting youth and entrepreneurs with mentorship, training, and funding to enable personal and economic growth. • Advancing the ONEpath initiative and other mission-aligned programs that foster inclusive development and professional readiness. No part of the net earnings of the Foundation shall inure to the benefit of any private individual or shareholder, and the Foundation shall not participate in or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
