Cancellation Policy

Policy Disclaimer: No Refunds for Consulting Services Refunds will not be issued for Consulting Services under any circumstances. Once registration and payment are completed, all sales are final, and services cannot be transferred to other individuals. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, Klarna, PayPal, and Afterpay (Pay-in-Four options). Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of services. We strongly recommend scheduling a Discovery Call prior to purchasing a consulting package to ensure that Link Empower is the right fit for your needs. This allows us to better understand your goals and ensure our services align with your expectations. Clients may reschedule their consulting session with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will not be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. Consulting packages must be used within the allotted timeframe specified on the website (e.g., 3 months or 6 months from the date of purchase). Unused services beyond the specified timeframe will not be refunded or extended. Intellectual Property: All proprietary materials, tools, or resources provided during consulting services are the intellectual property of Link Empower. These materials are for client use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Confidentiality: Link Empower is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during consulting sessions. Any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Link Empower is not responsible for specific outcomes or results from consulting services. Sessions are designed to provide strategic guidance and support based on the information shared by the client. By engaging in our Consulting Services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
