We aim to prepare and execute the Agile and Brunch 2025 event through the ONEpath Accelerator Program, fostering growth and empowerment for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and career professionals using agile methodologies.
At ONEpath Accelerator Program, we value accountability, collaboration, and independence. Every intern is responsible for the duties they are assigned on Confluence and Jira software. You must be self-motivated and accountable as team members are not micromanaged. We encourage open communication, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Location: Remote/Virtual
Commitment: September 2024 - July 2025 (10 months); 2-5 hours per week
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Manager to join our team on a volunteer basis. This role is integral to the success of the Agile and Brunch 2025 Projects. As a Community Engagement Manager, you will help build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, enhance community involvement, and drive engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Agile Project Management: Collaborate with the project team to implement agile methodologies and ensure smooth project execution.

Community Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to engage community members, stakeholders, and partners effectively.

Event Coordination: Plan and manage events related to the Agile and Brunch 2025 Projects, including virtual meetings and webinars.

Communication: Create and distribute engaging content through various channels (e.g., social media such as Slack, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and newsletters) to keep the community informed and motivated.

Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from the community and provide insights to improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in community engagement, event planning, or project management.

Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
